BURCU MELEKOĞLU

Burcu Melekoğlu is a director and editor based in Istanbul with a BSE in Systems Engineering. She worked on film projects in Los Angeles after getting her MA from UCLA School of Film and Television. Believing in the power of independent documentary film to change hearts and minds, she founded MOXIE, an independent production company that produces documentaries and released the feature length documentary film Blue ID that won the IDFA NPO Audience Award in 2022.

VUSLAT KARAN

Vuslat Karan is a filmmaker living in Istanbul. She got her BFA in Film and Tv from Marmara University. After working in various film and tv productions, she decided to focus on her own projects. She co-founded Moxie, an independent production company that released Blue ID, which won the IDFA NPO Audience Award in 2022.
