Together, Alone

Sevgi and Dogan, a young couple from the ghettos of Istanbul, love each other deeply, and make a living by breaking the law and stealing cars. An unfortunate and shocking event will force them to face some harsh truths about their relationship and the consequences of their actions.

Kasım Ördek

Born in 1992, in Diyarbakir. In 2017, he shot his first short film Shoehorn. In 2019, his second short film I’m Raining Down Into the City, supported by the Ministry of Culture, was a finalist in national and international film festivals and won awards. His last short film Together, Alone, which received the TRT 12 Punto short film production award in 2021, made its world premiere at the 28th Sarajevo Film Festival in 2022.
