After the 2023 earthquake in Hatay, one of the Türkiye's biggest natural disaster, Deniz discovered waves of Samandağ and dreamed of transforming the town through surfing. With a local fisherman, he encouraged youth to surf. Two boys, Akıl and Haydar, started surfing and soon achieved national success. In 2025, they opened a surf center in Hatay, changing lives and building a hopeful, united community through the power of the waves. 'Lifeline' depicts the transformation of fear of the sea into courage, and despair into hope.
